2022 Reindeer Run

Celebrate the holiday season with a dash along the Bear Creek Greenway in the Talent area.  Distances include the Dasher 1-Mile, Reindeer Run 5K, and Reindeer Run 10k.  All courses are out-and-back starting and finishing at Wrangler's Arena (off of Pacific Hwy., in between Ashland and Talent.

Bear Creek Greenway (Wrangler's Arena Trailhead- in between Ashland & Talent)

Pacific Hwy, Ashland, Oregon


10K Starts at 9:00am.

5K Starts at 9:15am.

1-Mile Starts at 9:30am.


From I-5 take Exit 19 (Valley View Rd.).  Take Valley View Rd.  west to the traffic light and turn right on Pacific Hwy.  Turn right into the Wrangler's Arena parking area after a few hundred yards.


Packet pick-up will be Friday, December 16 at Skout Taphouse & Provisions (21 Winburn Way, Ashland) from 4-6pm.  For those that can't make it, pick-up will be available starting at 8am on race morning.


All events start and finish at the Wrangler's Arena area and travel north on the Bear Creek Greenway, then turn-around and return.  The 5K will have one aid station at 1.55 miles; the 10K will have aid stations at 1.55 miles, 3.1 miles, and 4.65 miles.  The course travels through some of the areas burned in the Almeda Fire, as well as crossing Bear Creek and passing pear orchards.
